![]() A printer is not a critical business application, a Firewall is. ![]() HP sent the next day an Engineer with a new door. As a comparison, a few weeks ago we had a Laserjet Printer with a broken mechanism on a door. We got an Email with the Ticket number were Sonicwall claimed that this issue was not business critical.įor such a critical application, you would expect top qualified staff. They would go constantly quiet, they seemed to really not understand our issue, they didn’t really have an answer to our questions (What does the error no peer licensing means?”) and seemed really bad at troubleshooting. The problem with Sonicwall support is that after talking with 3 different engineers, the only feeling we had was that they were not helpful. We called 3 times and we never had to wait long. We got the help from support in less than 3 minutes average, I would say. ![]() For critical business applications this is really important.
